You are about to complete an application for Program Financial Supports for Apprentices. While filling in the details of the application you may stop part way through and come back at a later date (up to 5 days) to complete it. Once you have submitted your application it will be held until it has been confirmed by the Training Provider, that you are attending the course. Approximately 4 weeks before your course start date, you will be provided with an Employment Insurance (EI) Reference Code with directions on how to apply for EI Benefit Support. Once course attendance is confirmed, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified regarding any approved Program Financial Support amounts
This online application process does not support:
- Applicants who do not have a Social Insurance Number.

Before you begin your application you will need:
- A valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/sc/sin/index.shtml
- An Industry Training Authority (ITA) registration number. An ITA number can be obtained @ http://www.itabc.ca
